Do I have to register to shop on GreatNotions.com?
You do not have to be registered to browse through the designs and products.
To make a purchase though, you will need to register. There are a number
of benefits to becoming a registered user including faster checkouts,
having the ability to check status of past orders and being able to resume
an order that you can´t finish in one sitting.
Can I leave items in my Shopping Cart?
Yes. If you wish to log out before you finish shopping, your Cart will
hold the items you´ve selected. The next time you log into GreatNotions.com,
the items will be there and you can continue shopping or Check Out.
What if I don´t receive a confirmation of my order?
You should receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address
you provide when ordering within an hour of your order. If you do not
receive the confirmation e-mail, please email us at sales@GreatNotions.com.
Of course this does not apply to designs, which are immediately downloaded
to your PC.
How can I check on the status of my order?

How do I cancel an order?
Just email sales@GreatNotions.com
with your order number, or as much order information as possible. We´ll
cancel the order right away if it has not already shipped.
How is sales tax calculated?
Our suppliers are located all over North America so tax is calculated
based on the locations from and to which the order is being shipped.
