General Return Policy
The only items returnable are items deemed defective. You may receive credit or exchange on defective items. We do not accept returns on non-defective items. GreatNotions.com suppliers may have different policies which supersede those of GreatNotions.com´s. Merchant policies are accessible before ordering wherever product details are made available.

Manufacturer Only Returns
Items purchased through GreatNotions.com are shipped directly from suppliers and manufacturers. Contact the manufacturer directly to arrange the return. Be prepared to provide the manufacturer with the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number, manufacturer part number.

Software
Software IS NOT refundable or returnable unless otherwise stated by the vendor. Vendor may accept returns and issue refunds, less restocking fees, if item is unopened or unregistered at the vendor’s discretion.
